We are proudly part of Japan Post —We are seeking an experienced **Aviation Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor** to lead our Supply & Logistics team. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures under the Toll Aviation Engineering Certificate of Approval.**What you’ll do*** Oversee procurement, storage, and logistics of aircraft components and materials in line with regulatory standards.* Maintain and improve supply management systems and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures.* Build and manage vendor relationships, source new suppliers, and drive cost-effective improvements.* Monitor and update systems such as Gannet3 to ensure accurate data.* Lead and mentor a team of up to 5, ensuring KPIs and performance standards are met.* Champion Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) responsibilities, ensuring safe work practices and compliance.**Skills Essential to the Job*** Strong technical knowledge of aviation supply chain processes, policies, and procedures.* Intermediate proficiency in MS Suite and PowerBI.* Previous experience in an aviation workshop environment.* Dangerous Goods Training (essential).* ITAR training (preferred).* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles/tools.* Solid understanding of business concepts and profitability.* Formal supply chain and warehouse training.* Previous team management experience.* Minimum 5 years in a senior storeperson or higher-level role.**What we’re looking for*** Excellent organisational and communication skills, with proven accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.* Self-motivated, quick learner, and team-oriented.* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.* Forklift licence.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
