The Opportunity An exciting opportunity now exists for a Senior Construction Services Engineer to join the Sydney CBD office. This is a key permanent position within the structural team, offering the chance to take the lead on high‑profile projects, manage clients, delegate workload, and mentor junior engineers. You’ll join a passionate and technically strong group of professionals who enjoy solving complex temporary works challenges through innovative, practical design. About You - A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering - 6+ years' experience in temporary works design, certification and project delivery - Strong understanding of construction methodologies and their influence on design - Ability to review, assess, and approve designs prepared by others - A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think creatively - Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers - (Desirable) Exposure to tender preparation and proposal development - CPEng status or working towards accreditation Why Join This Team This consultancy is dedicated to building long‑term careers, not just offering jobs.
