We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor, based in our Kirra at Seaford Heights until June 2026. Then to a new display in Victor Harbor.

Incredible opportunity to show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our 100+ award winning designs to suit their block of land. Weekend work is a must.

Responsibilities

- Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract

- Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes

- Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers

- Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners

- Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and

- Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have

- Proven success in new home or high value sales

- A positive mindset and goal driven attitude—you/'re motivated by results

- Confidence in managing customers through the entire build journey

- Strong communication, organisation and tech savvy approach; and
