The role

Shine in a role where your diverse bookkeeping skills are appreciated, and your skill set will be stretched. You will add immediate experience to your resume as you grow with an industry leader in the building arena.

- Accounts Payable: Invoice entry, basic costing, subcontractor invoice processing, allocations, process subcontractor receipts and expenses
- Facilitate effective financial tracking for reporting
- Accounts receivable, basic reconciliations and database management
- Payroll: Administer and entry of timesheets, for PAYG & Subcontractors, calculations, deductions
- Assist in the preparation of construction-related documents, open live job folders, monitor and maintain job information on CRM, liaise with line managers
- Document Control: maintain processes in line with ISO9001 standards

The essentials

- Xero experience
- Proven experience managing responsibilities & duties in a similar environment
- Strong AP skills
- Knowledge of industry and duties
- Ability to collaborate with team and work unsupervised
