Our client is a highly regarded family law firm located in Brisbane CBD, and the Gold Coast, recognised for fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The team includes multiple Accredited Specialists and senior lawyers from prestigious firms, creating a rich learning environment for lawyers ready to take the next step in their careers. About the Position:

This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned Family Lawyer (4-8+ years PAE) to step into a senior role within a firm that will support and invest in your success.

You will lead and mentor junior lawyers, working on a broad range of complex matters including parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, de facto and same-sex relationship matters, mediation, and domestic violence cases. The role offers realistic billable targets (5.5–6.5 hours/day), and support from a highly skilled team of Paralegals who manage marketing, invoicing, and business development functions.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4-8 years PAE in Family Law (private practice preferred)
- Experience managing a caseload and mentoring junior lawyers
- Accredited Specialist or a genuine interest in pursuing Accreditation
- A strong client-service mindset and team-first approach
- Must love to work hard and want to grow in their role
- Previous experience in a private practice setting
