RSL Queensland is the largest ex-service organisation in Queensland – providing practical support, assistance and camaraderie to veterans, current serving Defence members, and their families across the state and nationally. The Veteran Services department is embedded in the veteran and Defence community, delivering extensive services and support that helps veterans and their families in Queensland and nationally to thrive.
As the Assistant Allied Health Practice Manager, you will support the Allied Health Practice Manager (the Practice Manager) in leading the team of allied health reception staff, in creating an environment for professional and high-quality services to clients, staff and other stakeholders. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic and ensuring safe and compliant practice.
To be eligible for consideration, you/'ll offer:
- More than 3 years’ experience in a healthcare administration or senior medical receptionist role (2IC role experience is attractive to us)
- Working knowledge of Medicare, DVA, and other health billing systems
- Proficiency with tech and software (including CMSs)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a broader team, and more
