About the Role

This position provides high-level administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing diaries, schedules, and appointments

- Drafting and handling correspondence

- Responding to enquiries from staff, parents, and external stakeholders

- Coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism

- Promoting a responsive, service-oriented culture within the school office

The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, initiative, and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic educational setting.

- Hold a Working with Children Blue Card

- Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
