St Vincent’s Care is seeking a dynamicSales Consultantto join our national sales team, supporting bothResidential Aged CareandRetirement Livingservices. Based at our Carseldine site, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective residents and their families through one of life’s most important decisions—with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

About the Role

- Promote and sell aged care beds and retirement living units across our portfolio.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to move-in.

- Collaborate with internal teams to meet occupancy and financial targets.

- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and referral networks.

Things that work for us:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in aged care, retirement living, or health services.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer service focused and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience

- A compassionate approach and genuine desire to support older Australians.

- Excellent MS Office skills (Word and excel) and experience in various CRM’s and databases

- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

- Full driver’s license (some travel between sites will be involved)
