About Camp Manyung
Camp Manyung is a recreation camp located in Mt Eliza on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, and managed by YMCA Camps. Catering to schools and groups year-round, the team at Camp Manyung run a variety of programs and activities to suit every group, from snorkeling and kayaking to archery and raft building. Featuring a state-of-the-art recreation centre, flexible and accessible accommodation and picturesque outdoor areas, Camp Manyung is the perfect place to explore the great outdoors.
About the Role
The Maintenance Officer – Painter, prepares surfaces for painting and finishing; applies undercoats and finish coats using the full range of application methods and materials; mixes and matches paints and finishes; advises in the selection and storage of painting materials.
This is a FT (max term) role for 5 months with an hourly rate of $44.91 + Super.
About You
You are a handy person with knowledge and/or experience in gardening principles and maintenance.
You possess attention to detail and pride in your work. You are an excellent problem solver with effective time management skills, allowing you to multitask and prioritise work where required. You are a strong communicator and be able to demonstrate the core values of the Y, day-to-day.
