What You’ll Do

- Provide compliance support and advice to support business operations.
- Support operational compliance issues related to customers, suppliers, competitors, and regulators.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and approving business documentation, including quote tools, websites, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on changes in the legal and regulatory environment.
- Monitor PetSure’s breach and incidents register, including remediation and recording of identified breaches and incidents.
- Assist with PetSure’s monitoring and assurance framework and processes, including conducting proactive and targeted activities as required.
- Act in accordance with PetSure’s Compliance framework, including policy development, maintenance, and audits.
- Contribute to business projects as the compliance representative.

What You’ll Bring

- Compliance experience within the Australian regulatory environment.
- Experience in the general insurance industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise matters based on business needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams for better business outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
