Practice Information
Working in a long-established training practice in the coastal hub of Rockingham.
- 10 GP practice
- An experienced and motivated management team will support you
- On-site treatment room with CDM nursing support

Clinical leadership structure including local and state Medical Directors, and a national Chief Medical Officer
This is a great example of a location with a significant long-term GP shortage and high patient demand. As a DPA location, it is open to Expedited Pathway Doctors from the UK.
Contract
- 2-year contract
- Flexible hours, worked 5 days a week, for a total of 38 hours
- Your new colleagues are billing $420 per hour
- On a 38-hour week, and working 46 weeks (standard), that’s a total billing of $734k per annum, which is high
- You will earn 65% of these billings, so an annual income before tax of $477k
- $160 p/hr guarantee (3 months)
- Relocation Payment of $10k
- Additional commitment bonus of $44k for the 2-year term, this is paid in 2 equal instalments over the first 2 years
Location
Rockingham is 45 km south of Perth, part of greater Perth, and well-connected by the highway and the modern railway line.
This outer-metro hub runs at a slower pace where you can enjoy the lifestyle of the Western Australia coast.
There are plenty of options for government and private schools in the area, and a major hospital serves the region.
This practice is in the centre of Rockingham, with all the services that you can need, and importantly is good parking for patients and staff.
