About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centred healthcare within a supportive, collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll:

  • Conduct consultations (in person and via telehealth) to provide education, advice, and care for a diverse range of patients.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans, monitor outcomes, prescribe medications, and make clinical adjustments within your scope of practice.
  • Triage presenting concerns and collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals as required.
  • Work closely with managers, GPs, pharmacists, and allied health teams to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights that enhance clinical systems, workflows, and the overall patient experience.

About You

You're a compassionate, confident Nurse Practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being part of a connected multidisciplinary team.

You'll bring:

  • Master of Nursing and current AHPRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • PBS prescriber number (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Recent primary healthcare experience, ideally across preventative health, weight management, skin health, sexual and reproductive health, or general practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and health promotion skills.
  • Competence with digital clinical systems — experience with Best Practice (BP) is highly regarded.
