Job Description
Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for overseeing a complex, multi-year program of work including Salesforce CRM integration, digital transformation projects, and operational improvements. The Program Manager will ensure projects are aligned with the company’s strategic goals, fostering a structured approach to execution. They will leverage PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the required standards. Hands-on experience in planning and executing multiple projects while facilitating cross-functional collaboration is essential. They will establish governance frameworks, manage dependencies, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
In collaboration with senior stakeholders, the Program Manager will drive visibility and accountability across multiple workstreams, implementing best practices in program and portfolio management. Strong communication is critical to align stakeholders at all levels, as the candidate must articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Their leadership will help resolve conflicts, keep projects on track, and foster stakeholder buy-in. A solid background in leading large-scale digital transformations—particularly in Salesforce CRM systems or customer-facing platforms—will be essential to successfully managing these initiatives.
As the key driver of transformation, the Program Manager will play a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, aligning business units, and managing external vendor relationships. Their curiosity and passion for modernising digital experiences will ensure they identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation. They will be a champion for staying current with digital trends, contributing to the company's transformation goals. Success in this role will be measured by the successful execution of critical business initiatives, improved operational capabilities, and a long-term shift toward a disciplined, structured program management culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a multi-year transformation program, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence
- Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance tracking across all projects
- Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership on program objectives
- Manage program-level dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation to optimise outcomes
- Drive the adoption of program tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM systems, digital solutions, and process improvements
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
- Advocate for program management best practices, coaching teams and fostering a culture of structured execution
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large scale digital transformation programs, with a proven ability to oversee complex multi project portfolios in fast paced, evolving and complex environments. They lead from the front with confidence, decisiveness and ownership. They are adept at engaging senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes a strong understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects, with hands on experience in planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required standards. The candidate is skilled at handling multiple projects, fostering cross functional collaboration, and operating in evolving or newly formed teams with minimal established structure.
A strong foundation in program management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMP or Agile frameworks, is essential. The candidate demonstrates proficiency in managing project governance, risk assessment and resource allocation at a program level. They set and track OKRs and run effective steering committees at both strategic and tactical levels. Experience using project tracking tools is highly valued, as it will allow the candidate to optimise workflows, integrate the platform across teams and drive visibility and accountability. They produce clear, effective documentation and can adapt presentation formats to suit the audience and the decision at hand.
Beyond technical expertise, this role requires a leader with excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical audiences. The candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights, build durable buy in and keep projects on track. They drive organisational change and champion initiatives without excessive handholding while maintaining a strategic outlook. Their curiosity and passion for modernising digital experiences will help them identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation, contributing to the company’s ongoing transformation goals.
Company, Culture & Benefits:

- Lead high-impact transformation initiatives with C-suite engagement
