Are you passionate about early development, helping kids meet their full potential, and supporting families to thrive?
Do you enjoy collaborating and growing within a team?
Do you love challenging your limits, learning new skills, and reaching new heights?
And most importantly, does it bring you joy to see the achievements and successes of those around you?
If yes, then you might be a Spring Forwardian.
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Pathologist to leverage your expertise in a dynamic consulting role. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional therapy and join us as a Speech and Language Consultant.
Who is Spring Forward?
Spring Forward is a holistic early development centre focused on supporting children and families through early childhood. In Australia, 1 in 5 children start kindergarten developmentally vulnerable, and 1 in 10 parents lack confidence in their role as their child's first teacher. These statistics inspired us to create Spring Forward, where we bring together professionals from allied health and education to provide play-based early development services and parent education.
The opportunity:
As a Speech and Language Consultant, you will advise clients on speech and language development best practices, collaborating with educators, professionals, and parents to create tailored early development plans. Your role will include strategic planning, training, and program development, extending beyond direct therapy. You do not need to be a registered therapist to apply; this role suits professionals with substantial knowledge and experience, even if their registration has lapsed.

- Oversee and generate intervention plans for clients to implement at home, school, or in the centre with therapy assistants
- Organize clients into groups and parent education seminars
