Penrith, Australia MHNSF Pty Ltd Full time

Speech and Language Consultant

Are you passionate about early development, helping kids meet their full potential, and supporting families to thrive? Do you enjoy collaborating and growing within a team? Do you love challenging your limits, learning new skills, and reaching new heights? Most of all, does witnessing the achievements and successes of those around you bring you joy?

If so, you might be a great fit for Spring Forward.

Spring Forward is a holistic early development centre focused on supporting children and families through early childhood. In Australia, 1 in 5 children start kindergarten developmentally vulnerable, and 1 in 10 parents lack confidence in their parenting skills. These statistics inspired us to create positive, lasting change in early learning and development. Our team comprises professionals from allied health to education, working collaboratively to provide play-based services and parent education.

The Opportunity

As a Speech and Language Consultant, you will leverage your knowledge to advise clients on speech and language development, collaborate with educators, professionals, and parents, and design tailored early development plans. Your role extends beyond direct therapy to strategic planning, training, and program development.
