Key Responsibilities to Bring Ideas to Life

In this role, you will help bring ideas to life by producing both concept and detailed designs aligned with client needs. You'll use your problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions and collaborate on large, multidisciplinary projects to deliver fully coordinated outcomes.

Safety is a priority, and you’ll apply Safe Design principles to your daily tasks. With a strong focus on our South Australian-based water and mining clients, you’ll work with industrial clients across the country.

Your responsibilities will also include ensuring quality of output for engineering design deliverables, as well as mentoring junior engineers. Additionally, you will provide design support across various areas, including LV and MV power distribution or industrial processes and instrumentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A relevant electrical engineering qualification and eligibility for Chartered status with Engineers Australia or demonstrated effort in working towards this.
- Detailed electrical design experience, with some design management experience preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following: medium/high voltage, low voltage, instrumentation, control systems, or process
- Knowledge of engineering design software such as ETAP, PowerCad, CDEGS, etc. is preferred
