In the role of Senior Consultant, Ways of Working and Capability, you will join People & Culture Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Develop the frameworks and work practices that enable NAB to deliver value at speed and at scale.
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide capability that accelerates delivery, enhances customer value and empowers teams.
- Accountable for embedding role clarity and building agile leadership and SME capability.
- Baseline measure, support and uplift capability across key Domain roles, including the strengthening of core squad roles, agile leadership capability and tech fluency.
- Key representative of Org Effectiveness and the Domain model into the Agile coaching community.
- Define and maintain role clarity, capability frameworks and agile standards.
- Lead the design and rollout of capability uplift programs (leaders, squads)

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Extensive experience in Agile Delivery with a deep understanding of key roles and agile ways of working.
- Background in software engineering or a strong technical acumen.
- A customer centric mindset with a broad understanding of customer needs.
- Strong commercial acumen for what constitutes value driven outcomes aligned to agile ways of working.
- Experience in organisational behaviour, change, learning and development.
- Proven experience with large‑scale change or transformation programs in technology or financial services environments.
- Deep knowledge of agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Data literacy and the ability to evidence value and maturity through metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including executives.
