OneSchool Global's Bendigo Campus is seeking a Campus Office Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The Campus Office Administrator is essential to the efficient and effective administration practices and operations of the school. In this role you will provide administrative support services to the Campus leadership team, teaching and support staff, students, and the broader school community by performing clerical and other duties related to the daily routine of campus management.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Front desk reception and related secretarial duties
- Provision of administrative support to the teachers and support staff
- Teacher relief support, including accessing the daily covers and providing relief staff with all necessary materials and information to successfully cover for the day
- Attending to general parent enquiries
- Attending to general student enquiries – lost property, permission slips etc.
- Managing student absentee procedures – late arrivals / early departures etc
- Administration and coordination of campus request forms, including campus visits, staff professional development, excursions / incursions etc
- Monitoring and balancing receipt and expenditure of petty cash
- Processing of purchase requests and accounts payable
- Coordinating appointments
- Meeting coordination and management, including IT support and meeting minutes
- Managing the student enrolment process

Skills and Experience:
School administration experience is preferable however, applicants with experience working in a customer support/administration role with data entry experience will be considered. If you have strong communication skills, a positive work and customer focused attitude, strong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills this role is for you.
