Responsibilities include:* Manage and coordinate a large, complex residential service team to achieve/exceed maintenance, safety, reporting and customer performance requirements* Develop service and maintenance practices to improve system reliability* Work with Supervisors and Team leaders to set performance standards and monitor performance and development of service teams (60-70 staff)* Work with customer to identify operational and equipment improvement opportunities* Work within the annual budgets, manage profit & loss, revenue, and gross margin targets* Manage client issues through to closure and feedback to client after resolution* Promote a safe work culture, manage safety performance of the team, and ensure safe work standards are maintained* Prepare quotations and estimates for maintenance contracts, spare parts, installation, repair and customer support as required* Coordinate regular meetings with customers, operations team and report on performance and maintenance activities* Prepare system upgrade plans and refurbishment programs**Successful candidates will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:**As our ideal candidate, you will have a broad level of technical experience as well as strong leadership skills to lead our Team Leaders and technicians, and to support our customers. You have a hands-on approach and will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, with the following:* Engineering qualification or mechanical/electrical trade or demonstrated industrial engineering or maintenance experience coming from a trades background* Leadership experience working in a customer service environment* Automated systems experience with material handling equipment is ideal (or related industries)* Previous experience managing skilled technical teams of mechanical fitters, electricians and engineers delivering maintenance services* Excellent motivational skills and the ability to encourage and implement a progressive culture, with a commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction* Good understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines* Sound experience in Microsoft Office and report writing skills* Flexible with work hours**How To Apply**If you would like to apply for the above position, please click on the ‘Apply' button.
