Automotive Spray Painter – Heavy Vehicles

Location: Bayswater, VIC
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no overtime required)

We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Spray Painter to deliver high-quality finishes on brand-new trucks and trailers, working in a modern, well-equipped facility right here in Bayswater.

This is a permanent, full-time role with steady hours, long-term stability, and a supportive culture that values safety, teamwork, and pride in workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Prep, sand, mask, prime, and spray-paint heavy vehicles to a premium finish.
- Mix and apply paints to exact colour and quality standards.
- Spray-paint trucks, trailers, and components using HVLP equipment.
- Perform touch-ups and rework to maintain first-class standards.
- Keep tools, equipment, and spray booth clean and safe.
- Work closely with production and finishing teams to hit daily goals.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade-qualified Automotive Spray Painter (Cert III or equivalent).
- Previous experience with heavy vehicles, trucks, or trailers preferred.
- Skilled in colour matching, surface prep, and producing a flawless finish.
- Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and proud of your workmanship.
- Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
