About the role

Stylemaster Panels Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Spray Painter to join our team. This full-time role is based in the Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for expertly applying paint and finishes to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality, flawless result.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming and masking
  • Mixing paint colours to match specific vehicle requirements
  • Operating spray painting equipment with precision to achieve an even, smooth finish
  • Conducting quality checks and making any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
  • Ensuring a safe and organised work environment by following all health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Spray Painter, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in modern spray painting techniques and equipment - Experience in Glasurit 90 Line
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, reliable, punctual
  • Awareness of relevant health and safety regulations
