Job Description

1. Set up finance systems and processes from scratch.
2. Oversee the organisation's financial planning and management activities.
3. Manage budgeting process, including the preparation, review, and approval of budgets.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
5. Collaborate with team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
6. Provide financial advice and guidance to the organisation's leaders.
7. Contribute to the financial strategies of the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

1. Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in financial management and budgeting processes.
3. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data effectively.
