If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as Finance Manager/Director.

The Role

As Finance Manager / Director, you will report directly to the Founder & Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management. Your leadership will ensure that their financial strategies align with their long-term goals while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all business units.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making at executive level.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee cash flow management, cost control initiatives, and capital allocation.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve organisational objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced finance leader with strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. You will bring:

- A professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) or equivalent.
- Significant experience in senior finance roles (Finance Manager/Financial Controller).
- Proven ability to influence strategic decisions at executive level.
- Expertise in managing complex budgets and diverse revenue streams.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Experience working within multi-location businesses is highly desirable.
