This role is central to our transformation journey, where learning is a key enabler of performance uplift and future readiness.**Your new role:**As a Learning Content Development Senior Lead, you will work closely with the Learning Program Manager to support the AUSPAC Modernisation Capability team to procure, design, curate, and source high-quality learning content that enhances employee skills and capabilities, aligned to QBE’s modernisation agenda. You’ll lead the development of innovative, scalable learning solutions that support transformation and uplift across the region.You will:* Curate, design, and manage learning content that supports function-specific capability building within a transformation program.* Drive innovation in learning design and embedment, ensuring solutions are modern, engaging, and impactful.* Partner with the Learning Program Manager to define the future state of learning and lead capability uplift critical to QBE’s modernisation.* Be accountable for the longevity of learning solutions, with the opportunity to leverage, re-use, and share content across the division and broader enterprise.* Manage internal customer and stakeholder relationships, influencing the planning and execution of capability initiatives.* Bring an ‘outside-in’ perspective, incorporating market trends and best practices in digital learning delivery.**About you:**You are not just an instructional designer and know how to bring learning to life. You’ll be a self-managed professional who knows what needs to be done and gets it done. Drawing on your prior experience, you’ll confidently lead the development of digital learning solutions that are not only engaging but also deliver measurable impact.You’ll be trusted to work independently and collaboratively, navigating complexity with ease and clarity. Your ability to connect learning design with business outcomes, particularly return on investment (ROI), will be key to your success.You will have:* Extensive experience in digital learning content management, with a strong portfolio of impactful, scalable solutions.* Proficiency in global Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), with the ability to navigate complex ecosystems and optimize learner engagement.* Proven track record of leading or contributing to integrated global and local learning strategies, ideally within a multi-region or enterprise-wide context.* Deep understanding of capability frameworks and models, and how to apply them to drive upskilling and enhance business performance.* Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and delivering substantial project or program budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and return on investment.**About QBE**We can never really predict what’s around the corner, but at QBE we’re asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
