▷ Apply in 3 Minutes: Content Creation
We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Content Creator to take ownership of the organic social media presence for two well-established Australian homebuilding brands. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes content, confident behind the camera (and sometimes infront), comfortable with analytics, and passionate about creating content that genuinely connects with the auidence.
You’ll sit within a high-performing, collaborative marketing team of 20, working closely with brand, creative, and media partners. The business is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation — launching new websites, elevating its social presence, and partnering with some of the country’s leading agencies.
What You’ll Do
You’ll plan, create, and publish content across multiple social platforms, managing both organic storytelling and campaign reporting. Expect variety — one day you’ll be on-site capturing stories from designers and builders, the next you’ll be analysing engagement metrics or collaborating with creative agencies to align campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to bring:
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in social media or digital marketing (agency or client-side)
- A strong creative eye, with proven experience producing social content
- Solid understanding of paid and performance campaigns (a paid social is handled by the agency but you will work closely with them on how it is performing)
- Confidence using analytics tools and social scheduling platforms
- You are collaborative, fun and approachable - able to work well with internal stakeholders to influence their involvement in social media content (AKA can you encourage someone to do a TikTok dance?)
Important:
Applications must include a CV and portfolio showcasing your social media work (Tiktok, Instragram, Pinterest content). This can be a link, PDF, or online portfolio — but we need to see your creative output. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be contacted.
