**Clinical Nurse Manager - Medical MB1 - The Wesley Hospital****Employment Term:** Full-Time **Location:** Auchenflower, 5 mins from Toowong Shopping Village and 10 mins from Brisbane City **Department Area** – Medical MB1 **Remuneration:** Competitive Salary + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging**Applications Close:** 5th of October 2025**Your part in The Wesley Hospital**As the **Clinical Nurse Manager**, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Medical MB1, including staffing and clinical service delivery.You will apply your clinical and leadership skills to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient-centred care, working collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental, hospital and organisational-wide goals and foster a values-driven, safe environment.Reporting to Assistant Director of Nursing (Medical Services) as the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the operational leadership and development of our ward MB1 team, applying your operational knowledge, leadership capability and communication skills to effectively lead your team to success.* Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration* Recent experience in relevant speciality* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholders* Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement * **NFP Salary Packaging:** Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
