Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator
NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading clinical research site in Brisbane to recruit a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in advancing clinical trials.
About the role
1. Provide high-quality nursing care to trial participants
2. Perform phlebotomy, cannulation, and study procedures per protocol
3. Coordinate trial activities from start-up to close-out in line with GCP, TGA, and NHMRC standards
4. Support participant recruitment, consent, and follow-up
5. Maintain accurate records, manage study materials, and prepare for audits/monitoring
6. Act as a key liaison for patients, investigators, and sponsors
About you
1. Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
2. Minimum 2 years’ post-registration nursing experience
3. Phlebotomy and cannulation skills essential
4. Strong patient care, organisation, and communication skills
5. Able to work both independently and in a team
6. Previous clinical research experience an advantage (not essential)
