About the position

Bring your legal skills to a dynamic, fast-growing Australian business At Winning Group, we’re redefining the retail experience — and our legal team is no exception. We’re looking for a commercially minded In-House Lawyer (2–5 years PQE) to join our close-knit legal team and work directly with our General Counsel & Company Secretary. This is your chance to step away from billable hours and apply your expertise to high-impact, varied work in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (construction, tech, leasing & more)

- Advise on leasing, consumer law, WHS, employment, data protection (including GDPR), IP

- Assist with Board meeting prep, ASIC lodgements, and Company Secretariat support

- Help manage contracts and develop legal templates for AU & NZ teams

Qualifications

- 2–5 years PQE (in-house experience preferred)

- Strong communication and a pragmatic, commercial approach

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

- High energy, adaptable, solutions-focused and team-oriented
