About the role

This role will have a Sunday to Thursday Roster

Retail Team Leader demonstrate emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing that knowledge with their team. It is a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising and presentation skills.

What you will do

- Always display and enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates and customers

- Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions

- Multitasking and prioritisation skills

- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition

- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager

- Possess a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time

- Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)

Note: This role will require lifting, bending and climbing.
