About the Role
In this hands-on role you will lead from the front. Combine your passion for nurturing outdoor spaces with your talent for leadership and developing the skills of your team members.
- Lead from the front and develop your dedicated team
- Schedule and prioritise tasks and team activities
- Guide, mentor, and train your team
- Conduct inspections, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions
- Be the point of contact for the client
- Maintain equipment and arrange for repairs

About You
You will be a hands-on leader with an eye for detail who takes pride in creating amazing green spaces.
- Qualifications in Horticulture or related field is an advantage, but your experience with a wide variety of mowing and garden maintenance tools and techniques is the key to success in this role.
- Team leadership experience
- Strong commitment to safety
- Construction White Card or willingness to obtain
- Valid Drivers' license is essential
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
