This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Ipswich working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
You will be responsible for a range of client servicing and financial functions:
• Updating client account information in templated Client Review Reports ready for scheduled client meetings.
• Ensure Client Review Reports are completed accurately in a professional and timely manner ready for client meetings.
• Contact relevant product providers to access required client product information.
• Associated administration duties to support the team, ensuring all other tasks assigned are completed as requested.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail – time sensitive reporting requiring a very high level of accuracy.
• Someone with a good understanding of superannuation and insurance advantageous but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and reports delivery via PowerPoint.
• Previous experience with industry specific software Xplan Client Focus advantageous but not essential.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
