About You

- Available to work across seven days, including most weekends
- At least one year of work experience (experience in a club environment is highly desirable)
- Strong ability to maintain and build relationships with internal and external customers
- Committed to achieving the highest quality food outcomes
- Able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven time management
- Exceptional communication skills

Task & Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards of food preparation
- Assist in ordering and stock control
- Contribute to menu design, costing, and implementation
- Mentor and train kitchen team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards across all areas

Qualification & Experience

- Relevant qualification in commercial cookery
- At least one year of work experience (experience in a club environment is highly desirable)
