About the Role:

We are seeking one or two full-time Pharmacists to join a busy pharmacy in the Meander River Region of Tasmania. You will be joining a friendly team known to provide the best healthcare advice in the area. They are looking for a forward-thinking Pharmacist who is looking for a step up in their career; someone who is highly motivated and customer-focused.

As a Pharmacist, some of your responsibilities will involve counselling and providing advice to customers, performing meds checks, professional services, dispensing, and overseeing the team. There is minimal dispensing, no CPOP patients or nursing home packing. If you are accredited, you also have the opportunity to do HMR's and Vaccinations.

About the Location:

This rural pharmacy is located on the Meander River, in the central north of Tasmania, Australia. It is 50 km west of Launceston and 52 km south of Devonport along the Bass Highway. It is part of the Meander Valley Council. Deloraine recorded a population of 3,035 in the 2021 census.

About the Offer:

Salary will be commensurate with experience, where you will be rostered for 38 hours/week and can increase to 45 hours working during the hours of 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and 9:00 am - 12:30 pm (Sat). No public holidays. A 3-bedroom unit on offer is negotiable. This will be an annualized salary package of over $120,000 pa (skills-dependent) including super.
