Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth in both our Projects and Shutdowns & Maintenance Business Units, we are currently seeking E&I Supervisors to join our existing team.

A range of roles including Leading Hand, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor and Superintendent are available so aspiring E&I leaders of all levels are encouraged to apply.

THE ROLE

As an E&I Supervisor you will be responsible for providing leadership to our project or shutdown & shutdown & maintenance teams, whilst working on Australia’s largest mining producers’ sites. This will include:

- Being a champion for best practice in HSE and leading by example

- Mentoring of junior leaders and employees in technical and quality requirements

- Participate in planning of works with the Project or Shutdown Team

- Ensure appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes

- Carry out pre‑start risk assessments (Take 5, JHA) and review and authorise (sign off) JHA’s

- Ensuring timesheets for services are completed and signed off by the client

- Oversee performance of external contractors and suppliers

- Compilation of work packs for project works

- Conducting regular audits on electrical activities and electrical installing works

- Ensuring all electrical statutory notices and certifications are completed, submitted, and recorded in accordance with legislation

- Build, monitor and improve Linkforce electrical specific quality systems

- Monitor, record, analyse and report on performance indicators

- Utilise, build, and maintain a professional network to increase bid opportunities

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Relevant Trade qualification

- Experience in a supervisory position

- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (or Section 44 with aim to complete S26

- Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects

- Experience completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on‑site personnel and equipment

- Experience in a multidisciplinary (Civil, SMP and E&I) project or shutdown environment

- The ability to manage and execute end‑to‑end deliverables on multiple projects

- Flexibility and the ability to work away as required

- Construction White Card

- A current Australian Drivers Licence
