This Multidisciplinary practice has branches in Cairns City, Mount Sheridan & Cooktown. They service clients throughout the Cairns region. With Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Naturopathy, Myotherapy & Remedial Massage, as well as high quality equipment and technologies like gait scan, shockwave & more, their vision is to make FNQ the healthiest region in Australia. The organisation invests heavily in team training and development with weekly, monthly and quarterly team training, both in house and via external speakers. Position Description:
With 4 current locations (3 in Cairns and 1 in Cooktown), working with this organisation would suit a motivated and team focused person who is capable of working independently as an Occupational Therapist. They have a mixed MSK and neurological clinic and the majority of clients you would see would be those with neurological and/or cognitive/ processing impairments. Your caseload: You will be happy to see predominately NDIS clients for either intervention and/ or report writing. You may be keen to grow your skills and contribute to our unique Concussion clinic and Dizzy clinic, through cognitive retraining, management of sensory issues and more. This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly, compassionate and growth oriented Occupational Therapist to design their ideal career over time, while working within a values focused and cohesive team with a shared purpose to advance healthcare in Cairns and Far North Queensland.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- While experience is preferred, exceptional new graduates are welcome to apply
Salary Information: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
