About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. It involves working closely with field crews, management, and clients to provide scheduling, administrative, and operational support. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide scheduling and administrative support to operations teams
- Assist with compliance to safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Coordinate workflow and resource allocation to meet project requirements
- Liaise with crews, management, and clients to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficient work practices
