Who You Are
You’re a resourceful and detail-oriented Operations Specialist with a strong background in optimizing processes, managing resources, and supporting operational excellence across a variety of functions. With experience in problem-solving, data analysis, and workflow coordination, you excel at identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to work across teams make you a key player in driving operational success.

Known for your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high standard of accuracy, you play a critical role in supporting mission-critical operations. What You'll Do
In the role of Maintenance Operations Specialist, your duties will include:

- Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

- Breaks projects into manageable tasks and sets timeframes and goals.

- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

- Acts as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.

- Implements and maintains quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.

- Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements:

- Must be a US or Australian citizen

- Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.

- Must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field.

This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
