We are seeking an experienced Insights Business Analyst to join our team and help shape data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role will focus on gathering, defining, and documenting business intelligence requirements to deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions for a diverse user community.

About You:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a BI Business Analyst in data warehouse and/or BI environments.

- Proven experience using an end-to-end process for defining and documenting BI requirements.

- Strong knowledge of BI tools, ideally Power BI, and experience creating report prototypes.

- Understanding of dimensional data modelling and OLAP technologies.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

- Experience facilitating workshops, defining critical success factors, and documenting user scenarios.

- Skilled in supporting and coordinating user acceptance testing processes.
