Overview

Our fun kitchen brigade are calling for all hands on prep in the lead up to another exciting Cricket and festive season at our iconic Adelaide Oval. We are opening the gates to welcome a number of trade-qualified Chefs in a casual capacity. With a modern kitchen and fresh, quality produce to work with, you will help deliver high-end quality menus to both our functions team and corporate clients.

If you choose to kick goals and hit sixes with this crew, you can expect the following:

- Bulk food prep (be prepared to chop, cut, peel and wash).
- Work at a variety of onsite and offsite locations.
- Delivery of à la carte, banquets and other contemporary menus.
- Fully supplied, cleaned and pressed uniforms.

Responsibilities

- Bulk food production and basic prep tasks for events and menus.
- Assist in delivering high-end menus for functions and corporate clients.
- Operate in a modern kitchen environment with fresh, quality produce.

Qualifications

- Applicable trade qualifications (must be provided).
- Basic Food Hygiene/Food Safety qualifications (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Availability to work major event days at the Adelaide Oval.
- Ability to follow reasonable instructions in a safe and timely manner.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A positive can-do attitude and team approach.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctual attendance.
