Schedule: Full Time
Shift :Mon- Friday 8:00-500p ; Flexible based on department needs as centers are open until 8pm and may need leadership oversight based on department needs.

The role you'll contribute:
The Senior Manager under the general direction of the Director monitors day to day operational activities of urgent care centers. Assists with developing, coaching and mentoring the professional development of Center Managers. Evaluates operational measurements as assigned by Director. Completes assigned special projects. Assists with activities related to all aspects of urgent care according to the philosophy, policies, procedures, and objectives. Provides assistance to physicians and maintains equipment. Schedules and coordinates onsite events for municipality clients. Assists sites with reporting and tracking for employees. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operation through our center managers to foster our mission and culture, to maintain operational standards and achieve performance benchmarks in support of the Operations Director.

- Implements Clinical Performance Improvement activities, and contributes to the overall improvement set by the organization
- Assists in development of annual operating and capital budget to meet program needs and aligns center budget with organizations fiscal goal
- Participates in process and performance improvement and assists in the development of action plans to improve patient care and essential processes including staffing effectiveness
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Preferred
- Associate Required
- Master's Preferred
- 0 Work Experience Required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Working knowledge of general healthcare services and practices
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing and coding knowledge
- Effective communicator, with strong professional and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop cohesive solutions, diagnose issues, and influence and guide all levels of management
- Driver's License (DL) Required
