Details: Are you ready to shape Canberra’s future workforce? The City and Environment Directorate (CED) is seeking a strategic leader to drive workforce planning and analytics across our diverse and innovative organisation.

As Director, Workforce Strategy and Planning, you will:

- Lead the development and implementation of workforce strategy, aligning capability with long-term organisational goals.
- Provide expert advice and data-driven insights to executive decision-makers.
- Oversee workforce analytics, reporting, and the development of dashboards and forecasting models.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business areas to design and deliver strategic and operational workforce plans.
- Guide recruitment reviews, classification assessments, and talent management initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, analytics, and organisational change.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
- Proven knowledge of public sector HR frameworks and workforce governance.
