Join our team as the mastermind behind stock management

You’ll track, monitor, and report inventory across VRTP properties, conduct accurate stocktakes, and make sure every item is in its place. Working with business services, warehouse, and operations teams, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly so the magic of our operations never skips a beat.

Key Responsibilities

- Become the guardian of our inventory, these are the tasks that will keep the magic flowing:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional internal service and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Support Business Services in creating, updating, and maintaining material master data and bills of material within the SAP system to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Execute and maintain SAP housekeeping reports to support operational efficiency and data management requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts across designated areas and provide comprehensive analysis and actionable feedback to outlet Managers and Supervisors to optimize inventory accuracy.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) system data, including materials, pricing structures, discounts, promotional coupons, and related merchandising information.
- Monitor and report on inventory discrepancies, recommending corrective actions to maintain stock integrity and minimize financial impact.

- Strong time management and organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas.
- Previous experience in a similar role an advantage.
