Due to significant client growth, this award winning global agency is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to work on creatively and socially led accounts. This is an opportunity with immense creative potential and requires someone with energy, expert problem solving skills and an inherent passion for social-first creative.

You'll manage the relationship with your client and you'll play a key role in ensuring your team delivers great work on brief, on time and to budget. You're not alone and will work with account service, as well as Strategy, Creative, Editorial and Production. Together, you'll truly shape the role social media plays in advertising with clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Client management and relationship building

- You'll truly understand the client’s business and the category.

- Pro-active and anticipates opportunities or issues to be managed

- You are a true collaborator and you earn the respect and trust of your peers and client team.

- You'll lead by example and is a positive force within the agency.

- Key contributor and participator in agency and individual team culture

- You're able to contribute to the creative process and build on ideas

- Strategic with a solid understanding of social inc. platform knowledge, creative excellence, paid media and measurement

- Estimates accurately and negotiates effectively with clients and suppliers

- Ability to identify opportunities to increase client scope and then makes a plan to go for it

Your Skills And Experience:-

- Around 3 - 5 years agency account management experience, from a creative / digital / social agency background

- You have experience working with creators, and influencers and managing talent relationships

- Proven experience in leading strong and trusted client relationships and confident to manage budgets forecasting and resourcing skills

- Demonstrate initiative to challenge the status quo. You are up to date on daily developments in social. You are capable of sharing your knowledge throughout the agency and with clients

- You dare to do new things, you are ambitious and want to learn every day.

- You have strong communication and presentation skills and you describe yourself as proactive, quick thinker and excellent problem solver.

- You are an expert project manager, have a strategic outlook, a collaborator and have excellent creative judgement skills.

- You feel comfortable with the responsibilities as mentioned above, but also see enough opportunities to grow and learn.
