We are seeking a proactive and strategic Technology Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our technology leaders, owning the full recruitment life cycle for tech roles while shaping hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent. You'll play a critical role in scaling our tech teams with quality, speed, and a strong focus on candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Data, Product, Infrastructure, and other tech functions to understand team needs, technical requirements, and cultural fit.
2. Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
3. Provide advisory support on hiring strategy, including market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for inclusive hiring.
4. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and tech communities.
5. Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
6. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, attending tech events or supporting content creation where relevant.

Who are you?

1. 2+ years' experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
2. Ability to come into the office 5 days a week.
3. Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data, product, etc.).
4. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Confident with direct sourcing strategies and modern talent tools.
6. Passionate about candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and delivering quality outcomes.
7. Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve processes.
