As we prepare to launch our dedicated Youth Respite initiative in Cottesloe, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to help lead our Respite Services and ensure exceptional care and outcomes across both adult and youth programs. About the Role As the Service Manager – Supported Accommodation - Respite Division, you will lead a group of dedicated Team Leaders and support workers to oversee the daily operations of our four respite accommodation houses, including short-term stays, emergency respite and the exciting rollout of our new Youth Respite service. Our aim is to provide a warm, welcoming, safe and responsive respite environment for customers, that complies with the highest level of quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the delivery and coordination of adult and youth respite services (STR and emergency respite) - Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team leaders and support staff across multiple sites - Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including NDIS Practice Standards and participant safeguarding - Collaborate with families, support coordinators and allied professionals to develop and implement person-centred support plans - Assist in the operationalisation of and promote the upcoming Youth Respite programme, including intake, rostering and service design - Manage incident reporting, quality improvement processes and documentation systems - Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the team About You Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced and compassionate leader who understands the importance of respite care in supporting families and people living with disability. We are looking for someone who has the ability to inspire teams, build trusted relationships and deliver high-quality services that reflect participants' diverse needs and goals.
