What you will do
- Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will coordinate service enquires, ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from the first customer enquiry, through administration, invoicing, and follow up.
- Coordinate the Customer Service Advisor team, whilst overseeing their daily activities.
- Act as a conduit between the Customer and the Workshop Controller to ensure a single point of contact for Customer work
- Ensure systems and procedures are maintained
- Deliver exceptional customer communication – external and internal
- Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation
- Create and invoice work orders, job lines and allocate work to the workshop for planning of activity
Who you are
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives, additionally you will have:
- Excellent leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities
- Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Professional written andverbal communication skills
- Mechanical or workshop aptitude
