Overview

We’re seeking a Divisional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across a portfolio of venues. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll bring strategy to life, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns cut through to deliver results. This role is hands-on and dynamic — you’ll oversee advertising, digital content, and promotional events while ensuring alignment with venue and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and compliance
- Oversee campaign rollouts, promotional events, and venue marketing activities
- Collaborate with digital & design teams on briefs and campaign delivery
- Review and enhance digital campaigns and the customer journey
- Monitor content across websites and social platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Contribute innovative ideas, identify trends, and pitch revenue-driving initiatives
- Support projects including new venue openings, refurbishments, and acquisitions

About You / Qualifications

- 3+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and budget oversight
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and marketing channels
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- Technically confident across Meta Business Manager, Google Suite, Web CMS/CRM (Workday and Monday.com desirable)
- Creative thinker who is results-driven, resilient, and thrives under pressure
- A collaborative operator who embodies AVC’s values: agility, resilience & positivity, disruption, customer obsession, and ownership
