Job Description
Cook Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a stable Tier 2 builder who specialise in commercial and multi residential projects. Initial projects are available in both Caboolture and Ipswich regions. Call Mark Cook on 0422 732 891 to discuss.

Client Details
Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder based on the outskirts of Brisbane city. They work with high quality sub-contractors and have excellent client relationships with almost all work coming from repeat business.
Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2026 and 2027, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. Initial projects are available in both Caboolture and Ipswich regions on the north and west sides of Brisbane respectively.

Description
Key responsibilities include:

- Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring a safe site at all times
- Quality control and defect minimisation
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met

Profile
Selection criteria will include:

- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
- Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
- Track record of delivering commercial and/or residential projects up to $10m

Job Offer
