Audit Manager

The Role

- Plan audit engagements and coordinate training & development.

- Lead a team of auditors, driving performance, fostering professional growth, and ensuring timely delivery of audit assignments.

- Manage external audit engagements from initiation to completion.

- Support tender bids, client proposals, and team performance management.

- Liaise with clients, keeping them updated and managing their expectations.

- Identify risks in audit, engagement, litigation and ethics in an ever-changing environment.

- Finalize and review audits at a high quality for Partner review.

About you

- Minimum 5 years experience in professional services.

- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or similar.

- CA/CPA qualified.

- Excellent organizational and client management skills.

- Mid-Tier experience preferred.

- Full work rights in Australia are required.
