Our client is a well known hotel in Newcastle, located on the beautiful beachside they offer guests a premium stay, excellent service and beautiful food.

We are currently looking for a skilled Night Audit to join the team.

**The role**:

- Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests
- assisting with In Room Dining and other guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information

**About you**:

- 1-2 years experience as a night audit
- Having used RMS ideally
- Reliable, enjoy being part of a team & committed to supporting your colleagues
- Love working in a customer focused environment

**The Details**:

- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Night Auditor
- Newcastle city based hotel
- Option for permanent or casual position
- Hourly rate up to $31/hr plus penalties
